1. Standalone: after shampoo, apply from mid-lengths through ends and to the scalp. Massage lightly. Leave 10 minutes under heat or 15 minutes without heat. Rinse and follow with Hydro Nutrient Nourishing Conditioner.
2. Layered repair or pretreatment: after Hydro Recovery Cream One Minute Repair is combed through and excess is removed, apply on top without rinsing the cream. Comb through evenly; for pretreatment, also massage some mask into the scalp.
3. Leave 10–15 minutes under heat at 50–55 °C in full One Minute Repair, or 10–15 minutes without heat for pretreatment and on coloring day.
4. Cool 3–5 minutes in heated rituals, rinse thoroughly, then condition — or proceed to the next salon service after pretreatment rinse.
